1. Acceptance

By using POCademy, users agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies linked in the Legal Centre.

2. Platform purpose

POCademy provides educational support, CAPS-aligned learning resources, quizzes, exam preparation, tutor support, APS guidance, career guidance, opportunities, subscription access and referral/promoter features.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Account sharing, impersonation and misuse are not allowed.

4. Subscriptions

POCademy may offer Standard Monthly, Premium Monthly, Standard Yearly and Premium Yearly subscriptions. Features vary by plan. Standard plans may include limited downloads and limited tutor assistance. Premium plans provide fuller access to video lessons, tutor support, downloads, APS guidance, career guidance and opportunities.

5. Free trial

POCademy may provide a 3-day free trial to eligible learners. Trial availability, limitations and eligibility may change.

6. Tutor support

Tutor assistance is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. POCademy does not guarantee immediate responses, specific academic results, university admission, bursary success or employment.

7. Acceptable use

  • No harassment, abuse, threats or offensive content.
  • No illegal uploads, copyright infringement or harmful files.
  • No fraud, false referrals, fake accounts or reward manipulation.
  • No attempts to bypass subscriptions or security controls.

8. Intellectual property

All POCademy branding, lessons, videos, quizzes, study resources, software and designs are protected. Users may not copy, resell or redistribute content without permission.

9. Referral and promoter features

Referral rewards are subject to verification. Invalid, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent or cancelled subscriptions do not qualify.

10. Suspension

POCademy may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, fraud, abuse or misuse.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, POCademy is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, academic outcomes or third-party service interruptions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
